Pearl Side Community Arts Festival

The 2022 Pearl Side Community Arts Festival, which will take place September 8-12, 2022 at theREP, is a multi-disciplinary cultural arts festival created in partnership with Black Theatre Troupe of Upstate NY, African American Cultural Center of the Capital Region, Troy Foundry Theatre, and Albany Center Gallery, specifically to showcase the Capital Region’s community-based arts and artists. 

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.
