Summer Studio at theREP

Step into a summer of creativity, confidence, and connection.

Summer Studio is a dynamic acting experience for young performers who love the stage — in collaboration with the Black Theatre Troupe of Upstate New York.

Participants will train with professional theatre artists, explore scene work, improv, voice, movement, and storytelling, and spend time on the stage and behind the scenes at theREP.  This camp includes hands-on acting labs and games that keep learning fun and engaging.

Students will create, explore, and perform in our black box theatre where creativity takes center stage. This program culminates in a studio showcase for friends and family, giving students the thrill of performing in a professional space while showcasing what they’ve learned.

Perfect for:

  • Students who love performing
